1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how STE SIAKY ("SIAKY", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the SIAKY Android application or visit siaky.store. SIAKY is a Moroccan limited liability company (SARL) based in Inezgane, Morocco.
2. Information handled by the app
The SIAKY app is a lightweight company-information app that displays the SIAKY website in a WebView and provides optional buttons for phone, WhatsApp, email, and opening the website.
The app itself:
- does not require an account or sign-in;
- does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or precise location;
- does not contain advertising or advertising SDKs;
- does not use analytics SDKs or behavioral tracking;
- does not sell or rent personal information.
The app checks network availability on your device only to show an offline screen when no connection is available. This check is performed locally and is not used by SIAKY to identify you.
3. Website and technical data
When the website is loaded, ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser or WebView user agent, requested pages, and request time may be processed automatically by our hosting and content-delivery provider for delivery, security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention. SIAKY does not use this information to build advertising profiles.
4. Contact actions and third-party services
If you choose to call, send an email, or contact SIAKY through WhatsApp, your action opens the relevant service or application. Information you choose to send—such as your phone number, email address, name, message, or project inquiry—is provided voluntarily and may be processed by both SIAKY and the service you selected under that service's own privacy terms.
SIAKY uses information received through direct communications only to respond to inquiries, provide requested business information, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our legitimate interests.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting and communications, or disclosed when required by applicable law, to protect legal rights, or to prevent fraud and misuse.
6. Data retention and security
Information sent directly to SIAKY is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the inquiry, provide requested services, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect legitimate business interests. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided directly to SIAKY, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. We may need to retain certain information when required by law or for legitimate business records.
8. Children's privacy
The app and website are intended to present corporate real-estate and construction information and are not directed to children. SIAKY does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
